Getting started
Do I need an account? No. IGNITE works fully offline and stores everything on your device. You only need an account if you want Cloud sync across devices (a Pro feature).
How do I add my car? Open the Garage tab and tap add. Enter your registration and we’ll look up the make, model, fuel type and MOT history via DVLA/DVSA, or enter the details manually.
How do I log a refuel? Tap the + button and choose Refuel. Enter litres, price and your odometer reading — IGNITE calculates cost and estimated MPG live.
Accounts & sign-in
How do I sign in? Settings → Account. You can use email + password or Sign in with Google.
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the email link to set a new one. (Not applicable if you use Google sign-in.)
How do I delete my account? See Delete your account. You can do it in-app in one tap, or request it by email.
Subscriptions
What’s free? Logging refuels, expenses and services, plus basic MPG and cost-per-mile stats, one vehicle, 6 months of history, up to 3 reminders, and CSV import/export — free forever, no ads.
What does Pro add? Cloud sync, unlimited vehicles, full history, unlimited MOT/tax/service reminders, and advanced analytics. £2.99/month or £19.99/year.
How do I cancel? Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account subscription settings — the in-app Account screen links you straight there. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
I paid but Pro isn’t showing. Open Settings → Account and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with your store receipt.
Your data
Where is my data stored? On your device by default. With Cloud sync on, a copy is mirrored to our backend, encrypted in transit and isolated to your account. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I export my data? Yes — History → export gives you a CSV of your records. Free on every plan.
